Buying Equipment at a distance. Payment - Western Union

I was looking for Apple equipment here cheaper and all the time I came across very cheap broths with correspondence - “The goods are in America. Payment (for example) 30% through Western Union”

I think here, of course, part of the job, and partly maybe not, such as Western Junior, there are some connections — the money was sent, the goods were not received — easily in court.
