Alksnis fights for our rights!
State Duma Deputy Viktor Alksnis sent a deputy request to the Minister of Information Technologies and Communications of the Russian Federation, Leonid Reiman, in which he expressed doubts about the reliability of the Mail.Ru and Pochta.Ru mail systems, and also complained about the poor performance of the technical support service of these services.
“Recently, voter complaints about the low level of security of electronic mailboxes that are registered on Russian free mail services have become more frequent. The fighter for the rights of Internet users asks Leonid Reiman to instruct his subordinates to “check the arguments of citizens, in particular with regard to Mail.ru and Pochta.Ru companies, in terms of ensuring the security of confidential information, as well as the implementation of customer support”: violations of current legislation, please take the established response measures, including the revocation of the license ".
