Communication problems between jabber.ru and google talk?

This morning I found out that in the account roster on Jabber.ru the account from Google is not visible, which were obviously online (in the contact lists of accounts on other servers, for example). Messages jabber.ru -> gtalk come, in the opposite direction nothing comes (I looked at the xml-log in Miranda) (in psi - the same thing). Judging by the support channel jabber.ru, I’m not the first one today, but there they are redirecting me to gtolka support . From other servers, communication is normal. (However, there are reports that some users of jabber.ru do it all).

Who is to blame for all this and who can offer what recipes?

I understand that jabber is a distributed network, yes, you can use other servers, yes, I use them, but I don’t understand how this situation can happen.
