Now a message has come to ICQ from a user with the name “1” _{does not resemble anything?} (by name, not by UIN, of course)

Dear user, in connection with the change of protocols, you need to confirm your UIN by activating it via SMS.
Otherwise, your account will be blocked within 48 hours.
To activate the number, send the text of the message “WAP ICQ2009” (without quotes) to the number 8055 If you are from Russia or 5012 if you are from Ukraine. The message is not charged.
