Is the list parallel or perpendicular?

The audience has a maximum of 10-15 seconds to perceive the slide. If during this time the information does not reach the brain, then the slide is useless. Parallel lists just reduce the time perception of the text.

Let's look at an example:

It seems that there is not a lot of text, but something in it is not that, the information does not fit in easily and simply.
')
The fact is that the parallel structure is broken in the list:
1. all sentences of the list should be in one form: either complete (subject + predicate), or abbreviated (one thing);
2. The first words of the list should be the same part of speech, and in one form, face, voice, form, etc. (depending on the part of speech).

Another thing, after small transformations:

"Are ..., create ..., increase ..., devote ...".

It seems to be a trifle, but it is out of such trifles that the overall success of the presentation is formed.
