Habrapopap. Suggestion for improvement.

As you know, our beloved Habrahabr uses popapes in some cases. Those. opens the description of its functions, etc. in a separate, small, browser window.

In this regard, I have a few comments.

1. Read inconvenient - no fields.
2. Popup popup - but there are no identifiers of the fact that they are habrapopap - no.
3. The font size is chosen unsuccessful, and the color of the headers is not highlighted.
