I caught a bug in the HTML tags help when writing a post / comment.
My browser is Opera 9.63, Linux.

The bottom line:

If you click on "(by the way, you can use html-tags)", then on the "close" in the help - you get kilometer scroll, instead of the field to enter comments :)
