Surely many habrovchane already know this way, since I myself learned about it from the link from the
topic . But, I think,
you need to highlight this in a separate topic, and share a link to it to everyone who is using ICQ6 in your contact list now - let's not let the evil AOL change our habits :)
The easier way cheburek -
koshek.net , ugh, toonel.net. Download
this archive with a portable version. Unpack, run. Who does not trust me - download the
installer from the
offsite site.We check that there are no unnecessary configurations in the
ports tab:
')
For QIP2005:Launch QIP, select
“Connection Settings” in the menu:

Select the proxy type
“http (s)” , enter localhost as the address, and port 8090 (or the one you specified in the toonel settings):

Fsyo. We connect as if nothing had happened.
For Miranda:We start Miranda, we go to Settings -> Network -> [Connection to ICQ server]

Put a tick "Use a proxy", type HTTPS, host localhost, port 8090 (or which one entered), tick "Use DNS on a proxy" set too.
PS Forgive me, a sinner - there is not enough power to move to the jabber :)
