“The solution with the TOR client will not only help pidgin.
It seems that not all users of Habr know about TOR, or that TOR is under windows.
Here you can download TOR.

After installation, it will be enough to select SOCKS proxy in the client connection settings, ip 127.0.0.1, port 9050.
