Watch the bazaar !!!

One of these days, I heard news on Ekho Moskvy: in one of the cities of Russia (forgive the city I just forgot, but this is not so important), the participants of one Internet forum were detained, as the authorities state on the Internet they criticized the local administration gave the creator of the forum. Three of them were brought to an administrative fine, and against one, a lawsuit was filed. So, this news honestly shocked me, first of all for those: on what basis did the admin give info about their users, thereby breaking the law, because, as we know, the information that is filed during registration is confidential and is not distributed to third parties. The second point, as the law enforcement agencies were able to identify precisely these people to responsibility (well, clear IP numbers, etc.), there is no guarantee that this person was currently on this computer either. And the most important question is, in general, what right does the “authority” have to open a case on Internet forums, initially knowing that more than one specific federal law does not apply to this (of course, if the forum is not dedicated to something illegal). If anyone knows in which city it happened and has more complete information on this case, it will be very interesting to hear it.
