New Cities in MyClime

Dear, my project MyClime continues to evolve. If you missed my announcement about what this project is, then it is here .
Added cities:

1. Rostov-on-Don, Russia
2. Yekaterinburg, Russia
3. Kazan, Russia
4. Samara, Russia
5. Novosibirsk, Russia
6. Helsinki, Finland
7. Minsk, Belarus (how is it even possible http://mycli.me/summary.html?loc=21 O_O)
8. Kiev, Ukraine
9. Odessa, Ukraine

Two new sources of forecasts are added:

1. Foreca (http://www.foreca.com/) - a very accurate forecast gives, for the States it is generally even better than the BBC
2. Pogoda.by (http://pogoda.by/) - it would be better not to add

Data for these cities and sources began to be collected only a week ago, so the monthly schedules are incomplete for now, but the rating should already mean something.
Cities while new will not be added - I will deal with the analysis of clouds, precipitation and wind.

Upd: Ratings for Minsk and Helsinki are now incorrect, as well as the forecast from Intellicast. I will reload the data in the evening, but for now you can use the rest of the forecasts.
