All have long forgotten the article O'Reilly and make, run. They will recruit 1500 registered users and stop. Moreover, they are gaining an audience only thanks to the coverage of the website development and the announcement at the opening, for example, on Habré or Internet stuff ...
Some advocate Web 2.0, some say it is a myth. But it cannot be a myth anymore - a bunch of people around the world are discussing this. Those. is there such a term or not, but it has already formed the habit of sharing our opinion with other users, filling and posting, posting and commenting (ie creating content). The authors of the projects only manage the created child and write a lot less than, for example, 3 years ago. We have become editors, dear users. But it became more interesting: not convenient forums were replaced by a pleasant interface and convenient functions. While Runet is discussing whether there is Web 2.0, it has already arrived and no one will give him another name.
Let's all recognize it together under this name and answer the question that in the Web2.0-project it distinguishes it from sites that existed 2-3 years ago.

Web 2.0 is:

1 is such content, services and programs, the value of which is determined by the contribution of the people who use them (rating of articles). This concept implies an unlimited number of broadcasters, among which anyone can become one of the leading players (rating of participants);
