1. Bids made: 622.5 / 0.25 = 2490 bids (by all participants)
2. Earned at all rates and payment for goods 2490 * 10 + 622.5 = 25522.5 rubles
3. Overpayment 25522.5 * 100% / 8920 = 286.13%

Conclusion: before you buy something you will spend 3 times more on deaf auctions (someone still raises the rate)
