Yandex.Probki for Kiev now have a new competitor.
Ukrainian portal META recently launched traffic jams for Kiev .

At first look, Yandex has a more detailed and complete picture of traffic jams. But in any variant of the META portal, respect is expressed for the creation of such a service.
