Thinking out loud about blogs

Slowly I write here one interesting topic (and maybe I’ll finish it very soon) and I’m tormented by the thought which blog this article will be more related to? I decided to check which blogs are already there - what if there is a corresponding topic among them and I don’t have to create a new one. First of all, I climb into help to find out where the list of all blogs is hidden on the site.

Hmm, a very wonderful site site, who has not been there yet - I highly recommend it. That's just a shame - a lot of blogs with a bright, bright name and idea contain one or two entries, and even those from the year before last.
And since I like Habr and I want to make it better, I would venture to express the idea - would it not be more correct to reduce the amount of the blog, but to increase the quality? Like, add some sort of grouping in directions, like in a Google Group, or something like that? And what habrareyudi think about this?
