This post is an attempt to collect information about start-up programs from Microsoft.
Perhaps that should start the story with the
program BizSpark . This program allows you to get Microsoft’s tools for software development
practically free of charge (registration for the program is free, the program itself lasts three years and the only expense to be paid is a payment of $ 100 after three years).
To participate in the program, your company must:
- develop software or are going to develop software (outsourcing and service provision is not suitable)
- exist no more than three years
- have an annual income not exceeding 500 thousand US dollars (otherwise, why not buy a license)
An individual who plans to organize a startup and register a company can even register.
You can read about the list of products
in the article on Habré or on the official support website or on the
official website of the Russian IT business assistance initiative .
In order to join the program and get software from Microsoft, you need to send me a brief information about
gaidar.magdanurov@microsoft.com about your company or about the idea that your startup will implement, then if your company meets the conditions programs, I will give you a code that you can use for free registration in the program on the site:
http://www.microsoft.com/BizSpark/Startup/Signup.aspx .
')
The second program that is worth mentioning is
Microsoft-Business Start . This is an opportunity to receive funding for your project for the first three years of development. Last year, every third application (out of 93) received funding. In addition, if your application is approved, you will receive the opportunity to participate in free
Start In Garage trainings, which will give you the knowledge you need to successfully run a business.
Why does Microsoft need these programs? I think you understand that companies that use Microsoft software promote not only themselves, but also the products that they use. However, these programs are also useful for start-up companies that can boost business and the economy of the country, as the volume of the intellectual part of GDP rises.
If you have any questions about these programs, then ask them in the comments - I and colleagues will answer them. And of course, register in the programs!
