Distributing Windows Web Server 2008

Microsoft offers everyone for free (that is, finally for free) to get "a fully functional version of Windows Web Server 2008 for commercial use and a selection of useful materials for exploring the .NET platform." The contacts of Softline offices in Russian cities are listed, where the distribution itself is carried out . For some reason I did not see the Moscow office there.
