The jquery blog announced 1.6rc5 UI.JQuery. Certainly compatible with jquery 1.3, with usage examples. And, as usual, more and more.
Fortunately, in ui.jquery, you can build the necessary set from Core yourself and, say, Draggable. Having received as a result a smaller size and limiting the library to only the necessary functionality, without loading all that is superfluous and unnecessary in this case.
Judging by the list of features included in the standard ui - nothing new has been added there. I hope, however, that the stability of what was there and compatibility with all existing browsers has become better, more stable, more reliable.
