The acquired TME owns media assets in Hungary, Croatia, Poland, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Lithuania, Ukraine - a total of 256 monthly and daily publications and 12 sites. The offer for one share of TME was $ 10, which is higher than the current price of these shares on the market. Their average price over the past three months was $ 8.1. According to the TME report, the board of directors supported the proposal of Dogan Yayin AS and recommended shareholders to vote for it.
