New Year's UX Russia Community Online Seminar: “Flow State: An Introduction”
UX Russia community online seminars are regularly held every Thursday. Looking at the New Year on the calendar, we saw that January 1 is Thursday. And then in the minds of colleagues (and independently) the idea was born of holding a New Year's seminar . Here's what happened:
The name may not quite reflect the issues raised - it was more about motivation, fear, boredom, Schopenhauer and Cikszentmihayi, as well as combining the approaches of Western and Russian philosophers and the position of the “flow” state in all of this. Ultimately, the conversation turned out to be about productivity and the joy of work :)
Paradoxically, but at 11 am, on January 1, there were 11 more people with us - and the discussion continued after the event - its results are partially reflected in the relevant community discussion thread .
