Yesterday, I was outraged by the spam filter of Yandex mail: they had already been sending mail to ixbt.com several times in spam, and I was surprised that I did not receive weekly news. I had to go into the web interface and manually get the rejected letter. And every time I pressed the "This is not spam" button, but it did not help. And the spam filter they do not turn off.
I wrote a note about this in a couple of lines from the area of ​​myddybra in my far from the most popular LJ. After 3 hours I get a comment that the problem is fixed. At first I didn’t even understand and doubted that the comment relates to the topic. However, after it became clear that this is indeed Yandex technical support and that they really fixed everything.
