Identify the author of the post in the comments

When you read comments, you sometimes forget the nickname of the author of the post (if he even paid attention to him at all), while there are usually a lot of comments, and it is not clear whether the author answers or not.

It would be nice to see the author’s differences from commenting, for example, by highlighting a nick with a color other than gray, with a small icon or using a frame around an avatar.
