"Bolts with thread" or an idea for a startup
Just yesterday, I once again ran into the famous proverb that "there will be a threaded bolt for every tricky ass."
There was a banal situation: there is a bank debit card, on which a bank transfer was made. Pin-code completely forgotten. I come to my bank "U" to withdraw money at the box office. Immediately I find out that according to their conditions, if the money was credited by bank transfer, then I have to pay a commission of 5% for the cashing in at the checkout. With the amount that had to be removed, the loss was significant. Re-issuing a card (for an interest-free withdrawal via an ATM) takes 10 days, waiting a long time. A bank employee immediately invites me to create a “Demand” account in their bank, to which it will be possible to transfer money from a card account free of charge. But already cash withdrawal costs only 0.5%.
Ten minutes of filling out the papers and money from me.
It is clear that under such conditions I, most likely, will choose another bank, but now I know another new loophole.
And the thought came such that such hidden at first glance, but absolutely legal, mechanisms for obtaining cookies could be collected in one place and give them to everyone who comes there.
