We waited a long time, believed, and that happened. The developer reports on the final version of the game (2D physics puzzle / sandbox), which includes 70 levels, an editor and of course a real physics engine.
Under the cut a few words about the game. ')
Let me remind you, this original game was developed by a man named Petri Purho. He is engaged in the creation of games with original gameplay, and releases it once a month. According to Petri, this is his first "real" game.
The beta version of this masterpiece, which contained only a few levels, but allowed plenty to enjoy the original gameplay, won the Independent Games Festival 2008 and gained popularity, thanks to many publications on the Internet.
The essence of the game is simple: it is required to hold the ball from its initial position to an asterisk in each location, using three things - drawing, head and physics. For example, on one of the levels, you can draw a ladder from the starting position to the asterisk, and push the ball by drawing a larger ball above it. Falling, he will push the ball on the stairs you draw and he jumps to the right place. All the objects that you draw will magically transform into the physical objects of the game world and affect (or not) the environment. All types of blocks, ropes, loops and even rockets are declared.
Such a simple gameplay turns out to be extremely interesting and delays more effectively than many other games. Drawing occurs under pleasant, kind music. :-) So I recommend to try even those who hate computer games. A few hours (and some even days) of great time are guaranteed!
A demo version (24.5 MB) is available on the official website of the game. There you can also exchange with other players the levels created independently in the built-in editor.
The full version is sold for $ 19.95 with payment through PayPal, which in my opinion is a bit expensive, but suddenly, having tried this fascinating entertainment, it wants to thank the developer for those very feelings from childhood. After all, everyone dreamed that the picture drawn on a piece of paper came to life.
