Splog CMS - Pligg?

Suddenly discovered the social bookmarking engine Pligg is great for building.
Fucking put it on the subdomain six months ago, added a few RSS feeds to the broadcast and forgot. And then I look at the stats - in Yandex there are 2500 pages in the index, in Google - about 1000, while the question was not about the uniqueness of the content! The most interesting module in this engine is RSS Importer, it has a bunch of settings for displaying and displaying content, under Atom, RSS 0.9, RSS 2.0, etc. Russian bloggers for splogs usually use WordPress or RSS-grabbers, and this CMS Pligg has proven little in demand. Maybe this is why search engines do not ban Pligg-based conversations?
The code, of course, is in the curve engine, problems with Cyrillic and SEO, Latin “m” is inserted in the announcements (content is unique?), I haven’t figured out the normal titles (the same for all pages!)
