- the beginning - followed the following logic:
1. Cloves inside -1 for each clove.
2. Teeth out at +1 for each.
3. 3rd columns of each row = the result of the addition of the first 2 columns of the row.

Picture 1-2 (1st row, 2nd picture) 2 inwards = -2.
Picture 1-3 (result) = + 4-2 = 2. Total 2 out.

Picture 2-1: -1
Picture 2-2: +5
Picture 2-3 (sum): -1 + 5 = 4.

Picture 3-1: +2
Picture 3-2: +2
Result: 3-3: 2 + 2 = 4.
