How to reboot a Linux machine with kernel panic without pressing reset?

I have a remote machine to which KVM is connected, which crashed while booting into kernel panic. Alt + Ctrl + Delete does not help. Magic Alt + PrintScreen + r + s + e + i + u + b too.

PS Gentoo Linux 2008 amd64, iron: nvidia nForce motherboard, AMD X2 CPU

UPD: In the comments came to the conclusion that in this case, except for the physical pressing Reset, nothing will help. So either ask to press a button, or install a special device that will perform a reset on a remote command or use hardware that supports remote control, regardless of what happens in the depths of the processor (s).
