Of course, there is a simple way out of this situation, to use in utorrent'e WebUl and view downloads, as well as manage them through the browser in the mobile. The program interface is not intricately simple and clear:


ICQ settings - a number that will be perceived by our teams and a password from it accordingly;
WebUl settings - settings used in utorrent for remote access;
Admin UIN - the number from which our bot will receive commands;

Subsequently, it is enough just to save the settings and bring the bot online. The bot perceives 4 types of commands:

list - a list of all active downloads with their numbers will be shown;
pause № - pauses download with the number;
stop № - will stop the download with the number;
start № - will start the download with the number;
