G.Skill three-channel memory kits with Perfect Storm cooler
G.Skill has added two new sets under the indices F3-16000CL9T-3GBPI-B and F3-16000CL9T-6GBPI-B, which have a total volume of 3 GB and 6 GB, respectively, to the range of three-channel DDR3 RAM sets manufactured by it.
Both products are designed for efficient use in platforms based on the Intel X58 Express chipset and optimized for Intel Core i7 processors in the Socket LGA1366 performance on the Nehalem microarchitecture. At the same time, to reduce the temperature of the 240-pin DIMM-modules included in the above-mentioned sets, not only branded aluminum radiators of a special design are used, but also the original Perfect Storm active cooler with two fans supplied with them. The strips themselves are formed on 6-layer printed circuit boards, operate at a frequency of 2000 MHz with delays of 7-8-7-20, are characterized by a supply voltage of 1.65 V and are provided with a lifetime guarantee of quality.
