Separation of notifications from messages + trading

I suggest to add work with messages on Habré as follows:

Create a subfolder in messages for system notifications, in which Habr automatically sends notifications like “The user wants to join the 1st circle of your friends” or “The user invites you to the blog” - this will allow much more efficient use of messages for communication within Habr, what Now prevents the abundance of notifications.
Implement trading for messages like “Re: User wants to join the 1st circle of your friends”.
