I would like to hear different opinions on one issue, which always nibbles me quite strongly.
Situation: I am developing a database. For example, a certain scheme of work was invented, which I would like to discuss terribly on the net, at the same habr. But confuse some points:
1. The idea as usual is simple to ugliness, and it can be easily drawn by ANY more or less intelligent programmer in Delphi (or another language) + PHP implementation. From here follows the second point;
2. Description of the implementation of the scheme of the system with a guarantee have the opportunity to steal. Seeing the interface and base structure to copy it is a matter of the week.
The project is really socially beneficial to the population. Immediately make a reservation, this is not a social network in which the crowd exchanges photos with signatures ... in general, the Comedy Club spoke well on this issue, and not just another file sharing service, in general, there are 2 such projects for all of the CIS - 2 of them all, and they work in Moscow and cancer. " Analogs have been implemented for a long time (5-6 years ago), but none of them provides a normal working scheme and have not been developing for several years, and not because of what is not profitable, but because of the initially incorrect schematic of work.

Orientation to the legislation of Ukraine, Russia is equally ridiculous, because “our Laws - protect themselves”.
I really see in such situations only a few exits:
1. Absolutely 100% implementation of an independent or locally-regional. Further development of the project in the region. The accumulation of funds to exit, for example, the capital (Kiev) market. The accumulation of funds. Exit to the whole country.
2. If you are unable to implement the project yourself completely - then score on the project, or learn the unlearned, and again return to the first item. But time, too, is coming.
On the other hand, it is “society” that can help to quickly implement and test the system, and market entry will not be in six months, but in a month and a half.
Who and how to act in these situations?
