Since the solution to the problem, after a series of experiments, was found, and I did not find a solution to it in the Russian-speaking segment of the Internet, I decided to open it from under the castle, perhaps this information will be useful to someone. Some characters are not typed by pressing once, but as if duplicated, for example “bird” (^), “tilde” (~), quotation mark (") and apostrophe ('). Usually, to type ^ you need to press Shift + 6, but When I press this combination, nothing appears, but if you do not release Shift and press "6" again, then two "^" symbols appear at once. If, after Shift + 6, to press some kind of symbolic button, then something will not appear at all. village nor to the city letter.
