An indispensable thing for international calls, especially if the house (in the cafe) has WiFi and the phone supports it. I personally called friends from a coffeeshop in Amsterdam (in Bulldog, comrades free WiFi). He talked for an hour and a half, spent 0 rubles 0 kopecks.
And where is the mega-useful Russian-Spanish-Italian-English-itd dictionary of ABBYY Lingvo? Especially useful if abroad sick and you do not know how, for example, in English will be "gallbladder".
