The 2006 Zune player models stuck with the onset of 2009. The unnamed number of players released by Microsoft has failed due to an error in the clock driver, due to which the devices did not work correctly after the 2008 leap year, PC World reports.

forums.zune.net/412486/ShowPost.aspxActually, something caught me in this news.
First, testing missed such nonsense. No one thought to translate the arrows forward and see what will be in advance.
Secondly, an extra day leap year led to a hang. Of course, one can only guess, but if the t_day day_of_year [365] array is stitched inside the code, then this is very nice.
Well, the suggestion to correct the error is super. “Wait a day and everything will work!” I think this is such a new approach in the industry. Then there will be a proposal not to use products on weekends, in winter, in leap years, etc. ;-)
Happy New Year!
