Justice prevailed

In continuation to my topic Help win chaos .

After the first, rather controversial, hearing in the Court, my laptop was sent by the Respondent to an independent examination, in order to identify the cause of the failure. Examination revealed a manufacturing defect: “A tight loop of loops”, which resulted in the indicated malfunction. Based on the results of this examination, the money for the laptop was returned to me. The decision of the Court was not made. The case ended with a settlement.
