We have a development team of 3 people: designer / manager, layout designer and programmer. Everyone specializes in his industry, each of us, with his knowledge and skills, can earn good money on freelancing (tried it - it worked), but again there is no desire to work in freelance, the goals are slightly different in the team. Now we are going to start developing our own project, but until it starts to generate income, if it starts, it’s not enough time, and the money for promotion and advertising of the project is needed. Therefore, we take orders and a problem has arisen - people in our city are not ready to pay normal money for web development (normal ones are the money that each of us would receive on freelancing with a similar development), but since now everyone is concerned about the crisis and those there is money starting to "refine" capital, invest in new industries. Not spared the Internet, some individuals are ready to open an online store (in our city there are 300k people, active network users - at best 100k) and imagine, even pay money for the development! Usually they were looking for friends for a chocolate bar ... Demand creates supply, and we have a huge number of shit offices that are ready to work for a penny. I described the situation with us, but the question is - is it worth it to bend under the current position in the market? Those. Flying for days and making more sites or knocking out one normally paid project?
Your opinion is very interesting, in the hope of interesting ideas on this issue.
