Friday overclocking

It was decided the other day to spend another laptop upgrade (the one that was built in 3G-modem ), install a dual-core processor.

19200

The necessary Amd Turion 64 x2 TL62 (2x2.1GHz) processor instead of the Amd Turion 64 MK36 (2.0GHz) was found in advance, but these are all unnecessary details :)

The processor is safely installed, Windows is running, and everything seems to be fine. Reboot. After entering the bios in the whole room there was a loud, healthy laugh:
in bios figure figured 19200 MHz!

19200

Upgrading the BIOS to the latest version did not lead to anything, on the contrary, in recent versions of the BIOS (3.13), the processor was listed as Unknown :)
As a result, we stopped at a mediocre version 2.0, at least fun :)
