The Internet will be the only media that will show growth in 2009. Doubling advertising volumes, as in the past year, will not occur, the growth will be within 25 percent. There are several explanations for this. For example, the fact that the Uanet market is still greatly undervalued: the annual advertising costs per user are € 2, while in Russia this figure is € 15, and in Poland - € 16. In a crisis, most advertisers are faced with the question: how to increase the effectiveness of communication with consumers while reducing the budget? The solution to this problem is online. A vivid example is the use of minions (auctions for a fall): in 24 days, we managed to sell 34 cars in one large Ukrainian ministry; 27 more were sold to people whose contacts were obtained during the auction. Preparing for a lower auction costs half the price of a similar offline campaign.
Such successes inspire many - a quarter of advertisers today are thinking of increasing the amount of advertising on the Internet. The attractiveness of this communication channel is given by the fact that even in the summer, many large Uanet sites recorded their prices in hryvnia. However, the benefits that advertisers will receive in 2009 are not limited to this. Significantly reduced the number of sites that are engaged in the purchase of traffic or borrow content. This assumption was made on the forum dedicated to web-communications by famous blogger Yuri Aksyonov. Uanet's audience is also very attractive for advertisers: In cities with a population of 50 thousand people and more than 41% use the Internet. These are wealthy people, interesting for advertisers. The total Internet penetration in Ukraine is 19%, and this figure is steadily increasing.
