For example, according to the Forbes 2000 list , among the largest global companies are companies whose lion’s share of revenues is income from products and services in the field of business automation (creation and implementation of ERP, ECM, CRM, etc.). Consider the first few places:
1. 37 place - IBM (WebSphere, Lotus, consulting).
2. 63rd place - Microsoft (relatively recently entered this sphere, but very loudly: Dynamics AX, NAV, CRM; SharePoint).
3. 176th place - Oracle (a key product other than a DBMS is Oracle Applications, portals).
4. 213 place - Google (not very active in the corporate market yet, but clearly wants to go there).
5. 319th place - SAP (their entire business is ERP and consulting).
6. 443 place - Accenture (of course, they also do infrastructure work, but consulting and implementing ERP and other classes of systems is one of the main parts of the business, including in Russia).
