Electronic Savings Bank

If you try to enter the e-savings bank, you will most likely get this answer ! I believe that the site of the National Bank of Russia cannot be so categorically! This is at least discrimination, and easier to say stupidity! Is IE the most reliable browser ?! Then why not use others ?!
