The original way to store images of flags

I put a new beta version of Skype today and at the same time decided to look at the good old Restorator which resources (pictures in particular) contain 25 megabyte file. And I came across a very interesting way of storing flags of countries:


Upd: Original image, did not change anything, only transparent areas filled with white.
