Smarty updated to version 2.6.22

In connection with a certain error in the PCRE library from PHP 5.2, it was suddenly (only 15 days after the release of 2.6.21, in which, finally, they were allowed to introduce method chaining) version 2.6.22 of the Smarty template engine was released. The problems that arise when “some versions of PCRE” (c) were decided ingeniously and simply - by throwing out the most delicious change of the last release :)
