Which engine to choose?
I want to make a non-commercial site with the following functionality:
• User registration with splitting into user groups and the possibility of self-deletion from the database. Desirable - with the ability to customize fields
• Search by user groups / Filter registered users by groups,
• Newsletter new registrations / subscribe to RSS,
Is there a free CMS with which you can easily implement it? I thought to do Wordpress - but did not find the right amount of plug-ins.
Or is it easier to write such a development manually for tasks?
