In Belarus, the Internet is slowly but gradually becoming cheaper, approaching civilized indicators. Today, ADSL is an affordable pleasure for a private individual, but for legal entities, Internet prices have so far remained high.
Since December 20, 2008, Beltelecom (byfly trademark) significantly reduces the cost of access to the Internet using ADSL technology. From December 20, the megabyte anlim “1024/512 ″ will cost 980,000 rubles (440 dollars against 700), and this is already cheaper by more than 30%.
In the packages of round-the-clock access on the previous tariff plans the speed increases, and the price remains the same:

In the “128/64 ″ tariff plan, the speed increases to 256/128 Kbps.
In the tariff plan “256/128 ″ - up to 512/256 Kbit / s.
In the tariff plan “512/256 ″ - up to 768/384 Kbps.
