YouTube - Advertise with Google AdWords Video

Today once again I went to YouTube to watch a couple of clips. I’m watching, I’m watching, and then an interesting show started - the tags to the video started to appear right in the video, after “floating” the tags appeared an ad from Google AdWords, appearing and hiding the same as the Runner’s development.

In general, quite funny - Google wanted to get a runner only because of this development? Well, because I have not acquired, is it possible that the Runner, having licensed his development, will fight for the rights?
