We replace the built-in search on Habr on Google

Recently, I actively search for Habré notes related to VoIP. The “native” search engine disappointed me long ago, and every time I turned to Google I was lazy. Because for cutting out inappropriate content I have been using Proxomitron for a long time, I decided to add another filter (extract from default.cfg):
