The revival of doubledecker

Double-decker red London buses have long been the hallmark of the city. Now double-deckers are replaced with standard single-floor machines. Of course, not everyone likes it. Designer Hugh Frost in particular.

According to his thoughts, new double-decker buses will have a length of 9.5 (two-axle model) and 11.5 (three-axle) meters, an electric motor in each wheel. The last feature will allow public transport to perform micro-maneuvers "like a crab", which undoubtedly will be useful in urban traffic.
