Studying the history of computers and equipment closely related to computing, I discovered that in 2008 we had to celebrate another remarkable anniversary:
20 years old TouchPad back in 1988, George E. Gerpheide created the first fully functional touchpad, then he called it "Cat" ( source )
As you already know: December 9, we celebrated 40 years of Mice .
In connection with these events, I suggest to Habravchanam to look for other remarkable dates, for example: “Video Card Day”, “Monitor TFT Day”, “Hard Day”, etc., as it seems to me, a very interesting calendar will turn out.
