Snatching a text date from an abstract text string

This is still a post-question, I am already in the process, and I promise to share my work. For one of the services, I need a certain mechanism - we give the user the opportunity to enter the date in any text form, but at the time of the parsing we must understand exactly what he had in mind. The task is somewhat simplified by the fact that everything happens in English. For example, here:

in 2 hours
in two hours
tomorrow at 7
tomorrow at 7.30
tomorrow at 7:30
next monday
next january, on monday at 7

etc…
