Just got it. I quote without cuts
“Dear customers of the dedicated server department!
The whole subnet of IP-addresses of the AGAVA company got into the blacklists of the non-profit organization Spamhaus. Currently, negotiations are being held with this organization on how to solve the problem.
')
The problem is that the volunteer organization Spamhaus (http://www.spamhaus.org) considered that some of our company's clients are suspicious and their projects are “SPAM resources”. Not
Sparing himself with the need to prove something, Spamhaus declared all the IP networks owned by Agave as “suspicious” and “unreliable”, demanding that the services that they did not like were discontinued.
Negotiations with this organization, which does not obey the legal norms of the Russian Federation, have so far not been crowned with success. Despite this, we continue our attempts.
However, Agave respects the rights of its customers and will not stop providing services to customers on the basis of unproven accusations from a foreign company.
Returning to the problem that the mail of our clients does not reach their addressees, I would like to explain in more detail to you the reasons for what is happening. The fact that some of
Russian networks do not accept mail from you, denoting the reason that our network is declared to be “blocked” by a third-party organization from another country with unclear motives and goals, means that the Internet access provider, whose servers reject mail for this reason, violates the rights their users, independently deciding which mail they should receive and which not.
As a solution to this problem, we suggest that you write to your Internet access provider (or your recipient's provider) a letter asking Agave networks to be whitelisted or, alternatively, the provider stopped using Spamhaus SBL. Otherwise, you are led by people who impose their services on you and violate your rights under the flag of "anti-spam".
